Recently Michal Cohen-Sagi, the founder of 58 Wellbeing Centre and 58 Lifestyle, completed the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon to raise money for the National Osteoporosis Society. She completed the marathon in an amazing time of 2 hours, 35 minutes and 44 seconds.

In recent years, soy candles have become a popular alternative to their paraffin counterparts. Whilst they have multiple benefits, it is important to note that soy candles burn differently from wax candles and therefore have a different set of safety rules.
